This is the pastry that I encountered 4 years ago when I just started learning professional French pastry in Paris. It is the one that helped me made up my mind to become a pastry chef. I'm glad to find today that I'm still the same person whose heart beats and eyes glitter when seeing and talking about beautiful pastries 😌
